- Measurement and account of all features of the existing project site, including all existing hardscape and plant material. This will include verifying the measurements on any plans provided by the homeowner.
- Existing Conditions/ Demolition Plan
- Drafted plan of the existing conditions of the project site, with notes and
instructions on which features are to be removed, transplanted, or salvaged. - Conceptual Landscape Sketches
- Scaled free-handed sketches reflecting the clients’ and the designer’s visions, needs, and wishes for the project site.
- Site Plan
- Drafted plan which indicates and dimensions such items as hardscape/ paving areas, irrigation and electrical sleeving, materials, and finishes. Plan also includes schematic layout of surface drains and low-voltage and 110-volt fixtures.

- Construction Details
- Drawings which describe and show in greater detail the new site features indicated on the Site Plan, and which will provide insight into the construction and function of that feature.
