NEW PERSPECTIVE
In its previous state, the owner’s large yard simply wasn’t drawing them outside beyond their deck. In this new design, the lawn has been reduced and re-shaped, allowing for more generous planting areas. A destination patio sits at the rear of the yard, giving them a new perspective of their property. It’s placement among the trees, as well as the bubbling sounds of the nearby fountain, not only beckons them further into their yard, but keeps them their throughout the day.
